30 minute workouts

Our 30-minute sessions are perfect if you’re just getting started, feel your fitness isn’t quite where you want it to be, or simply need something that fits more easily into your schedule. They’re focused, manageable, and designed to build confidence, improve fitness, and learn proper boxing technique without feeling overwhelmed.

1 Hour Workouts

Our one-hour sessions allow for a deeper, more complete training experience. With time to focus on boxing, strength, conditioning, or overall fitness, these sessions are ideal if you want to push your fitness, refine skills, or work towards specific goals.

Whether it’s boxing-focused or something completely different, sessions are tailored to what you want to achieve.

Block Bookings 

We offer block bookings of 5 or 10 personal training sessions. Block bookings are a great way to stay consistent, track progress, and commit to your training while saving compared to single sessions.
